What can be treated / enhanced with acupuncture and Chinese Medicine?

• If you have been unable to conceive naturally due to a structural problem (blocked or damaged fallopian tubes for example), our fertility programs are able to address other blockages that may prevent natural conception occurring.
• We work with you and your partner to discover the underlying blockages preventing natural conception and will offer you a course of treatment that will allow the body to become balanced.
• Our fertility programs are designed to treat the whole body. If you are stressed and anxious; if you are suffering with depression or insomnia, you are less likely to conceive than those people who consider themselves to be hormonally well balanced and happy.
• Even those who are suffering from pain such as back and neck pain may not realise this may be one of the reasons why they cannot conceive naturally.

What are the therapy options?

An initial consultation will set out to diagnose the condition and a treatment session may be prescribed. In cases of infertility, a therapy program (series of treatments) will likely be required.

Elements of both acupuncture and Chinese medicine (herbs) may be prescribed. Typical theraputic elements include:

• Acupuncture has been proven to be effective at treating some of the causes preventing natural conception such as low sperm counts or azoospermia, poor sperm quality, erection deficiency and premature ejaculation.
• Our fertility programs provide you with a means to release energy blockages in your body, as we treat fertility problems such as: hormonal disorders, hippo/hyperthyroidism, menstrual pains and cycles and quality and mobility of sperm counts in males.
• We work with you and your partner to discover the underlying blockages preventing natural conception and will offer you a course of treatment that will allow the body to become balanced. We find that after a course of treatment couples are more likely to conceive naturally.
